If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
You can request an exchange or return for any product within 14 days of the delivery date by returning the product in exchange for a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The returned item will be checked by our quality control in order to confirm that it is still in the condition in which it was sent, i.e. with the tag still in place, without stains and unwashed. Upon confirmation of this procedure you will be contacted by customer service to arrange the exchange for another product or the full refund of the item excluding shipping costs.
The item that, on the contrary, is considered by the quality control to be unsuitable for return will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
The normal timeframe for refunds or returns is 7 working days.
If the item does not conform to what was requested, is incorrect or defective, simply send an email to our customer service info@portocervobeachlife.com to arrange collection by the courier.
